  • Step 1: Image Quality Assessment
    The Image Quality Meter evaluates image quality on a 5-tier scale, automatically excluding images unsuitable for analysis.
  • Step 2: Automated View Classification
    Classifies 37 distinct views, including B-mode, M-mode, and Doppler images, achieving an average accuracy of 96.25%.
  • Step 3: Structural Segmentation and Tracking
    Automatically extracts and tracks regions of interest (ROIs) for each cardiac structure based on segmentation AI.
  • Step 4: Cardiac Cycle Detection
    Detects systole and diastole without requiring ECG signals and automatically selects keyframes.
  • Step 5: Quantitative Measurement Calculation
    Automatically measures over 80 parameters to calculate B-mode, M-mode, Doppler, and strain metrics, demonstrating a correlation of r ≥ 0.97 across key measurements.

  • Segmentation and Cardiac Cycle Tracking

    The AI automatically segments myocardial borders frame-by-frame and detects systolic and diastolic cycles to precisely identify end-systolic and end-diastolic keyframes.

  • Quantitative Strain Calculation (ECG-Free)

    Automatically measures LV, LA, and RV strain without requiring ECG signals. With an LVGLS PCC of 0.95 and a LARS PCC of 0.89, it ensures clinical reliability equivalent to manual measurements by specialists.
